125 gm wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon powdered cumin
1/8 teaspoon ginger paste
1 finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon flavor dark pepper
1 tablespoon ghee
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 small bunch cleaved coriander leaves
1 cup pre boiled mashed cauliflower
1/2 squeeze powdered turmeric
1 teaspoon refined oil
water as required

Stage 1
Gobhi Paratha is one of the most delightful and simple paratha recipe, which can be ready in only a couple of moments. This is the way you set up this flavorful paratha recipe. Take a glass bowl and join the wheat flour, maida, salt and enough water in it. To make it more flavorsome add a spoonful ghee prior to working the batter. Work the fixings well in to a thick, flexible mixture and save to the side for a couple of moments.

In the mean time, heat ghee and oil in a dish over moderate fire. When the oil is adequately hot, add the cumin seeds and sear them for few moments. Once finished, add onions ginger paste and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and cauliflowers.
