Ingredients of Sweet Corn Soup

1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup cleaved carrot
2 teaspoon vinegar
4 tablespoon margarine
2 teaspoon minced ginger
10 tablespoon chopped spring onions
2 teaspoon corn flour
1/2 teaspoon dark pepper
salt as required

Instructions to make Sweet Corn Soup

Stage 1 Saute the veggies
Heat margarine in a dish. Add cleaved ginger, garlic and saute briefly. Presently add 6 tbsp finely cleaved spring onions and saute for an additional two minutes. Ultimately, add 1/2 cup corn and carrot. Add a few salt and saute the veggies for 3-4 minutes.

Stage 2 Make corn paste
Add 1/2 cup corn to a blender alongside 4 tbsp water. Mix well to shape a thick and smooth paste. Add this paste to the dish and saute for 3-4 minutes.

Stage 3 Cook the soup
Presently add 6 cups of water and cover with a top. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the soup lessens to only 5 cups. Presently blend 2 tbsp cornflour with 4 tbsp water to make a slurry. Add this slurry to the soup and blend well. Cook for another 5-6 minutes, until the soup thickens appropriately.

Stage 4 Add flavors
Ultimately, add vinegar, dark pepper powder, extra spring onions and change the salt according to taste.

Stage 5 Fit to be served
Empty the soup into bowls and serve hot.
