Ingredients of Hara Bhara Kabab

1/2 cup peas
2 onion
1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds ground
4 tablespoon coriander leaves
2 big boiled,mashed potato
1 tablespoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon dark pepper
1 1/2 cup spinach
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup green beans
salt as required
1/2 tablespoon chaat masala powder
2 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
1/2 tablespoon dry mango powder
1 teaspoon ginger paste
8 gm cashews

Step by step instructions to make Hara Bhara Kebab

Stage 1 Cook the veggies
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a dish. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Presently add cleaved onions and saute them for a couple of moments. Add hacked beans and peas. Add salt according to taste, alongside cumin powder, ginger paste,garlic paste, dry mango powder, garam masala, chaat masala and coriander leaves. Blend everything well and cook for a couple of moments.

Stage 2 Add spinach
Ultimately, add spinach leaves and cover the top. Allow them to cook for a couple of moments. Blend well and let the combination cool down a little.

Stage 3 Toil it
Add the cooked combination to a blender and mix to shape a smooth paste. Empty this paste into a bowl.

Stage 4 Set up the mixture
Presently to this paste, add pureed potatoes, besan, salt and dark pepper powder. Blend well to set up a mixture.

Stage 5 Make tikkis
Make little balls from the batter and straighten them a piece to give the state of a tikki. Press one cashew in each tikki.

Stage 6 Cook and serve
Presently heat 2 tbsp oil on a non-stick tawa. Place the tikkis/kababs on it. Cook from the two sides until brilliant brown. Serve the hara bhara kababs with some mint chutney and appreciate.
