FOLLOW THE RECIPE :
• Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Also, Wash tomatoes, green chilies, and ginger and grind them in a mixer to make a paste.
• Put oil in the pan and heat it. also, Put the chopped potatoes in hot oil. Fry them on high medium flame till they become light brown.
Take out the cabbage, carrot, and capsicum in turn till they turn light brown. also, Take them out in a bowl.
• On low flame, put sesame seeds and cumin seeds in another pan and fry them lightly. Now, add grated coconut to it and fry till there is a slight color change. After the masala is roasted, turn off the gas and take out the masala in a bowl. so, Grind it after the masala cools down.
• Heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan, also add Asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and fry the spices lightly. Now add tomato and ginger paste to it. Add red chili powder and whole red chilies. Fry till the spices start leaving oil. when the spices are roasted. also, Add sesame, cumin, and coconut powder to it. Fry lightly, now add cream, and fry the spices for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously.
