• Place the carrots in a microwave-proof bowl. Add ghee to it and mix.

• Add little cardamom powder and mix. Cook in the microwave on high flame for five minutes. Then add sugar to the bowl and mix.

• Cook in the microwave on high flame for two minutes. Then add almonds, cashew nuts, raisins and khoya (khoya aside for garnishing) and mix.

• Then cook in the microwave for two to two and a half minutes. Garnish with khoya and pistachios kept aside and serve hot or cold.
