• First of all wash the lentils thoroughly and soak them in water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, add 3 cups of water, turmeric powder and salt to the lentils for cooking in a pressure cooker. after 3-4 whistle When the dal is ready, take it off and let it cool down.
• Now put oil in a pan and heat it, add finely chopped onions and fry it. After that add tomato, ginger-garlic paste, grated coconut, coriander-cumin powder, red chili powder and garam masala and fry for 2-3 minutes
• Now put pumpkin, bottle gourd and baby corn and green chili in the same pan and cook a little, after the vegetables are cooked, add cooked lentils and 1 cup of water and boil it until it thickens well. When the lentils are ready, put chopped coriander in it and eat and feed it with hot rice and roti.
