Overnight Oats Recipe is simple to make, you can make it like a roti. As it takes very less time to make roti. Similarly, it takes very little time to make overnight sports. First the oats are soaked in water. Its tempering is made from green vegetables like onion, curd, semolina, etc. by adding what to it. Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (grated)
  • cup semolina
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
  • Also,  2 tbsp Carrot (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Cabbage (finely chopped or grated)
  •  2 tbsp capsicum (grated)
  • 1-2 green chilies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp green coriander (finely chopped)
  •  Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Some Instructions

  1. Do not make the uttapam too big or else it will break while turning.
  2. Add vegetables as per your choice.
  3. keep the mixture covered for half an hour.
  4. Grease a non stick tawa or pan and grease it with some oil.
  5. use olive oil or ghee . which you like.
  6. soak oats for sometime before use .
  7. add salt as per taste.

FOLLOW THE RECIPE :

• Put semolina, oats and curd and some water in a big vessel and mix it well. Then keep it covered for half an hour.

• After half an hour, add all the vegetables and salt to the mixture. If it is too thick, add some water and prepare a mixture like dosa.

• Grease a non stick tawa or pan and grease it with some oil. Then put a big spoon of the mixture and spread it round. Lower the flame and pour some oil from each side. When the utapam starts rising from the edge, turn it over and roast it by pouring some oil from the other side as well.

Remove from the pan and serve hot uttapam with coconut chutney or any chutney of your choice.

• Make uttapam from the same side with all the mixture.
