- Peas – 1 cup
- Paneer – 250 grams
- Tomato – 250 grams
- Green chili – 2
- Oil – 3-4 tbsp
- Cream – 1/2 cup ( 100 ml)
- Green Coriander – 3-4 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Ginger paste – 1 tsp
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1 pinch
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp or as per taste

- Prepare the paneer by cutting it into 1-inch pieces. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. When the oil is hot.Put the pieces of paneer and roast them. Roast the paneer pieces till they turn golden brown from both sides and take them out on a plate.
- Now, put the peas in the pan and cover it for 2 minutes and cook it on low flame. Check them after 2 minutes, the peas have become soft. Take them out in a bowl.
- Grind tomatoes, green chilies finely with a mixer.
- To make gravy, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin, Asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and ginger paste in hot oil and fry it lightly. Now, add tomato, green chili paste, and red chili powder and fry the spices till the oil starts floating on the spices. .
- After the masala is roasted, add cream to it and fry the spices while stirring continuously until it comes to a boil. When the spices come to a boil. Add 1 cup of water and mix it and cook the gravy again while stirring continuously till it comes to a boil.
- When the gravy starts boiling .Add salt, garam masala and finely chopped green coriander and mix it. Now put roasted paneer and peas in the gravy, mix everything well.
- Cover the vegetable and let it cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
- Check the vegetable, the vegetable is ready. Take it out in a bowl and garnish it with green coriander. Serve hot sabzi with paratha, non or chapati and eat it.
