विधि:
आलू उबाल कर छीलें और मसल लें।
एक पैन में तेल गरम करें और प्याज़ गुलाबी होने तक भूनें।
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट, पावभाजी मसाला, सूखी पिसी लाल मिर्च और बारीक कटे टमाटर मिलाएँ और तेल बाहर आने तक भून लें।
महीन कटी हुई सब्जियाँ डालें और नमक मिला कर अच्छी तरह नरम होने तक पकाएँ।
आलू मिलाएँ। अच्छी तरह भूनें और करछुल से सारी सब्ज़ियों का मिश्रण तैयार करें।
अवश्यकतानुसार पानी डाल कर पतला करें और पाँच मिनट तक खदकने दें।
नीचे उतार कर नीबू का रस, मक्खन और हरा धनिया मिला दें।
पाव को बीच में से काट कर दो हिस्से कर लें और तवे पर मक्खन डाल कर सेंक लें।
गरम-गरम भाजी के साथ परोसें।
