  10. Green Coriander – 1 tbsp finely chopped
  11. Oil – for frying Manchurian hair
  12. Oil – 2 tbsp
  13. Ginger – 1 inch long piece (grated)
  14. Green chili – 1-2 (finely chopped)
  15. Corn flour 2-3 tbsp
  16. Soya Saas – 1 tbsp
  17. Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
  18. Chilli Saas – 1/2 – 1 tsp
  19. Vegetable stock – 1 cup
  20. Sugar – 1/2 – 1 tsp
  21. Ajinomoto – 2 Pinch
  22. Salt – to taste (half a teaspoon)
  23. Vinegar – 1 tsp
  24. Green Coriander – 1 tbsp finely chopped

  1. Boil the grated vegetables lightly. Put 1 cup of water in a vessel and keep it for boiling.
  2. Put the vegetables in boiling water and cover and boil for 3 minutes, the vegetables are not very soft.
  3. When the vegetables cool down. Sieve them and press the water out of the vegetables.
  4. Take out the vegetable stock and keep it aside. We will use this vegetable stock to make the Manchurian sauce and make Manchurian hair from vegetables.
  5. Add chopped green chilies, black pepper, cornflour, soya sauce, Ajinomoto, green coriander, and salt to the lightly boiled vegetables and mix well.
  6. Take out the mixture little by little and make small balls (equal to a small lemon) and keep them on a plate.
  7. Put oil in a pan and heat it.
  8. Put a Manchurian hair in hot oil for frying. If this hair is bursting and falling apart in the oil. Then add 1-2 tablespoons of cornflour to the mixture and mix it well and mix it well. Make hair and prepare it.

  5. Pour the batter into the spices.
  6. When it comes to boiling. Add chili sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar, and Ajinomoto. Also, add green coriander and mix.
  7. After the Manchurian Tari comes to a boil. Let the Tari cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
  8. Put the Manchurian hair in the gravy and cook it for 1 – 2 minutes.

  • Green Coriander – 1 tbsp finely chopped

Directions

  • Boil the grated vegetables lightly. Put 1 cup of water in a vessel and keep it for boiling.
