  6. Cardamom – 8-10
  7. Flour – 200 grams (1 1/2 cups)
  8. Ghee – 300 grams 1 1/2 cups
  9. Dry ginger – 25 grams (optional)

  1. Make a powder by grinding almonds in a mixer.
  2. Finely chop cashew nuts. Grate the coconut.
  3. Break the lap small.

  5. Put one tablespoon of gond in hot ghee. The gond swells up like a pomegranate, fry till it turns light brown, and take it out on a plate.
  6. Fry all the gond and take it out on a plate.
  7. Let the gond cooldown. Laying polythene on the plate form, place the lap on it, and crush it finely with a rolling pin.
  8. Peel cardamom and crush it.
  9. Now put 150 grams of ghee in a pan.

  11. Break the jaggery into small pieces.
  12. Put the remaining ghee in the pan and heat it.
  13. Melt the jaggery by pouring it in hot ghee (keep stirring the jaggery continuously with a spoon during this process).

  15. Add all the dry fruits and flour to the jaggery syrup and mix it well.
  16. Now, The mixture for making laddus is ready.
