  1.  250 g grated cheese
  2. 3 boiled potatoes, grated
  3. 3 tbsp arrowroot
  4. One green chili is finely chopped
  5. 1 tsp grated ginger
  6. One teaspoon red chili powder
  7. 4 cups yogurt
  8. A bowl of green chutney
  9. A bowl of sweet chutney
  10. One tablespoon roasted cumin powder
  11. Black salt to taste
  12. Salt to taste

  1. Add paneer, potato, arrowroot, ginger, green chili and salt to the pot and mix well.
  2.  Knead a soft dough of this mixture of paneer.
  3.  Now take some mixture in hand.
  4. Make it round and keep it in the center of the palm and press lightly and prepare it like a dough.
  5. Similarly prepare big balls from all the mixture.
  6. For large frying, heat oil in a pan on the gas.
  7. Then put 3 to 4 big ones together in oil and fry them on medium flame.
  8. Fry till it turns light brown from both the sides.
  9. Put kitchen paper in a plate and take out the fried big ones in it.
